OCC softball eliminated from 3C2A state championship tournament after double elimination loss

The Orange Coast College softball team lost both of their games on Friday in the 3C2A Softball State Championships: the first to the College of San Mateo Bulldogs in a pitcher’s duel 3-2 at West Valley College, and the second to the El Camino Warriors 10-8 at San Jose City College.

The Warriors were led by sophomore Cheyenne Navarro, who reached base five times and went 3-for-5 and sophomore 2025 SoCal Pitcher of the Year Lexi Ramirez.
