A Silver Alert is in effect Friday in Orange County for an at-risk 74-year-old man last seen in Westminster.
Benjamin Johnson was last seen near Hoover Street and Brooklawn Drive at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol which activated the alert on behalf of the Westminster Police Department.
