LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. – A pursuit suspect who was caught on camera ditching a handgun before he abandoned the suspected stolen car and ran away is on the loose in the Compton area, according to authorities.
The pursuit originated in the Bell Gardens area before the suspect, traveling in a white four-door sedan, made their way into a Compton neighborhood.
The suspect is seen weaving in and out of traffic, and even driving on the sidewalk before heading back onto surface streets.
Eventually, the suspect pulls over, ditches a handgun, then abandons the vehicle and runs away.…
