This weekend, the Heritage Park & University Park library branches will reopen as part of the new Irvine Public Library system.
The celebrations will take place on Sunday (August 3rd) at the Heritage Park Library (14361 Yale Avenue) from 1-4pm; and at the University Park Library (4512 Sandburg Way) from 2-5pm.
