It’s important for students to have not just a local mall, but also thrift stores. There are college students who rely on secondhand options more than firsthand when it comes to textbooks, clothes, and decor.
Thrift stores can help students by providing an endless supply of useful items. A lack of thrift stores or even donations can lead to students who can’t afford new items to have to make it themselves, or spend an unnecessary amount of money on something they can get secondhand for a better price.
