The Santa Ana Police Department is looking to identify a woman involved in a hit-and-run collision with an unmarked Orange County emergency vehicle in the parking lot of the Orange County Superior Courthouse.
Surveillance video shows the woman’s vehicle striking the other vehicle, then driving to the opposite end of the lot, then walking back to inspect the damage she caused before she finally left the area.
