LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped Saturday for the 21st time in 22 days, decreasing nine-tenths of a cent to $4.467, its lowest amount since Aug. 14.

The average price has dropped 26.2 cents over the past 22 days, including 1.3 cents Friday, according to figures from the AAA and the Oil Price Information Service. It is 7.5 cents less than one week ago and 33.1 cents less than one month ago, but 10.5 cents more than one year ago. It has dropped $2.027 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022…
