A search was underway Monday for a 31-year-old man who suffers from mental health conditions and was last seen in Norwalk.
Edgar Saucedo Cerda was last seen at 3:52 p.m. Sunday on the 13100 block of Studebaker Road, near the Coast Plaza Hospital and between Adoree Street and Foster Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Cerda is Hispanic, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 169 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a white T-shirt, green hoodie and dark gray pants…
