Santa Ana offers 0% loans for first-time homebuyers
The City of Santa Ana is offering help for first-time homebuyers through the My First Home program. Qualified buyers can get a deferred loan of up to $120,000 at 0% interest to buy a home in Santa Ana. The program is open to income-eligible individuals and families.
