LEGO collector pieces together record-breaking display in Laguna Niguel shop

Excited chatter filled the entirety of Bricks & Minifigs in Laguna Niguel on Saturday as large crowds gathered to see a record-breaking collection of LEGO minifigures on display.

A moderate crowd gathered as the store opened, but it grew to a consistently large size quickly, welcoming in people throughout the course of the day.

In the back of the shop stood four rows of double-sided display cases and four stand cases, showcasing the massive collection owned by Kyle Ugone, a government finance worker who retired from the Marine Corps in 2024…
