Foothill Ranch Elementary School Principal Christina Carrera has been named the Top Leader by Parenting OC Magazine as part of its 2026 School Heroes of Orange County program. She is the only individual to receive this honor this year, recognizing her dedication to students, staff, and the Saddleback Valley Unified School District community.
