Council Advances New Golf Tee-Time Rules, Approves Land Transfer, Raises City Manager Andy Hall’s Salary

The San Clemente City Council addressed several major items during its March 3 meeting, including recognizing a longtime Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputy, advancing new rules aimed at preventing resale of municipal golf course tee times, approving a land transfer tied to former toll road corridor property and granting a salary increase for the city manager.

The meeting began with a special presentation honoring Sgt. Jared Streeter of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department on his promotion to lieutenant. City officials and community leaders thanked Streeter for his service to San Clemente.
