A Golden Age Hollywood–inspired speakeasy restaurant is set to take center stage in Laguna Beach this summer.
Noble Ace, owned and operated by longtime friends Elizabeth Schreiber and Chef Magellan Moore, will debut at 400 S. Coast Hwy.
