Several roads in Irvine will be closed on Sunday, March 22 from 6 to 11 a.m. for a special event. Barranca Parkway will be closed from Jeffrey Rd to Sand Canyon Ave. Valley Oak will be closed from Irvine Center Dr to south of Barranca, with northbound traffic blocked at Alevera. Sand Canyon at Barranca will have limited access for southbound and westbound traffic, and will be closed to eastbound and northbound traffic. Sand Canyon will also be closed to northbound traffic at the Hoag entrance.
Laguna Canyon Rd will be closed between Barranca and Alton Parkway, and Irvine Valley at Jeffrey Rd will be fully closed in both directions. These closures will affect Irvine CONNECT bus service. More details are available at irvineconnect.org…
