The California Highway Patrol has activated a Silver Alert to help the Westminster Police Department locate a 77-year-old at-risk woman.
Sloan Troung was last seen at about 4 p.m. Friday at Magnolia Street and Westminster Boulevard, according to the CHP. She was believed to have been on foot.
Troung is Asian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt, beige jacket, black pants, and one blue shoe and one Nike slipper…
