23-Year-Old Killed in Oak Cliff Shooting, Dallas Police Still Seeking Answers

A 23-year-old man was shot to death in Oak Cliff on Friday morning, and Dallas police still have not said who pulled the trigger or why. Officers were called to the 7300 block of Marvin D.
