AFFTON, Mo. – A police pursuit turned deadly in South St. Louis County Friday night. A man and woman were found dead in an SUV in Texas. Missouri State Highway Patrol identified them as Delisha Evans and Ryan Phillips. In an exclusive interview with 5 On Your Side, a friend of Evans said the former couple had a complicated relationship.
