Nine UT Dallas students to face disciplinary hearing after involvement in pro-Palestinian protests

DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- Nine UT Dallas students are facing an academic disciplinary hearing Tuesday for their involvement in a pro-Palestinian protest last spring.

While they returned to classes this semester, the university is still reviewing their actions from the May 1st protest. Some seniors even had their degrees withheld.

The hearing is set for 1 p.m., but before that, several campus and community groups plan to hold a protest in support of the students at 12:30.
