Tragedy struck on South Cesar Chavez Boulevard in Dallas when police responded to a fatal stabbing early yesterday morning. The Dallas Police Department received a call around 12:20 a.m. and arrived at the scene to find a man deceased due to stab wounds. The incident took place in the 2400 block of S. Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
