DALLAS – Dallas police have arrested and charged a 28-year-old man in connection with the robbery and assault of a Dallas woman. DPD says they arrested 28-year-old Manuel Hernandez-Hernandez and charged him with Aggravated Robbery on Sept. 30. According to DPD, Hernandez-Hernandez was just one of four suspects involved.
