Dallas weather: The deep freeze continues, flurries Monday night

The Brief

  • Monday starts with wind chills in the teens, a few more clouds than Sunday but a little less wind.
  • There may be some flurries tonight, but light snow is expected south of the metroplex.
  • From Monday night into Tuesday morning, we’ll be watching a storm form in the Gulf of Mexico producing wintry precipitation for south and southeast Texas.

DALLAS The deep freeze is here and besides some clouds, there will be a few hours on Monday that will be above freezing temperatures. There may be some flurries tonight, but light snow is expected south of the metroplex.

Once it exits on Tuesday morning, we will stay very cold until Wednesday afternoon.

Remember the four Ps through Wednesday afternoon.
