DALLAS — A major roadway in North Dallas is reopening after a year.
A stretch of Hillcrest Road in North Dallas that was closed for construction of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Silver Line regional rail project is reopening Jan. 23 after being closed for 52 weeks.
