A Plano pharmacist has been sentenced to more than 17 years in federal prison and ordered to forfeit $405 million in assets for orchestrating a massive fraud scheme against the Department of Labor.
Dehshid “David” Nourian, 62, and his associates owned and operated three pharmacies in Fort Worth and Arlington. Prosecutors say they conspired to pay doctors to prescribe medically unnecessary compound creams to injured federal workers.
