That was in Dallas, Texas 1982, Today they are currently a global brand seeking a buyer in bankruptcy proceedings.
On The Border’s first location off Knox & Travis Street in Dallas, TX and originally known as On The Border South Texas Café. They sold to Brinker in 1994 who sold in 2010 and has been bought and sold off multiple times as the company grew and also in its decline.
