IRVING, Texas — The City of Irving celebrated the unveiling of its newest public art installation, Timeless Irving, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the heart of the Downtown Irving Heritage District.
The mural is located at the intersection of O’Connor Road and Rock Island Road, and spans more than 5,000 square feet, featuring a colorful tribute to Irving’s rich history and evolving identity.
