Wells Fargo’s highly anticipated regional campus in Irving, Texas, is on track for a late 2025 opening. Construction topped out in March 2024, and the development has since shifted to interior finishing and amenity installation. The project remains one of the most significant corporate expansions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area in recent years.
Once complete, the $455 million complex will consolidate around 3,000 employees from various Wells Fargo offices across North Texas.
