DALLAS (KTVT) – A Texas family is urging authorities in the Bahamas to take action after a husband and father was run over by a boat and nearly cut in half while on vacation.
Whitney Slough says her husband, 42-year-old Brent Slough, is continuing to recover in a Miami hospital three weeks after their family vacation to the Bahamas took a horrific turn. He had another surgery last week to address wounds that are too deep to suture.
“He is doing OK after that surgery, so we are now trying to figure out our plan of when we can get transferred to Dallas and what that looks like,” Whitney Slough said.
