Dallas Police Terminate Two Employees; Officer Arrested for Aggravated Assault

DALLAS — On July 30, 2025, the Dallas Police Department held disciplinary hearings resulting in the termination of two employees. A third officer turned himself in on a felony warrant.

Police Dispatch Analyst Kenyon Campbell, Communications Division, was terminated for causing a disturbance in the workplace. Campbell had been employed with the department since April 2008.

Police Officer Jason Brower, #8100, assigned to the Auto Pound Unit, was terminated for failing to complete departmentally mandated training, as well as for loafing, sleeping, inattention, and failing to remain at his workstation. Brower had served with the department since September 2001…
