DART approves largest service cuts in agency history

Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s Board approved service changes Sept. 9 that will eliminate seven routes and reduce rail and bus frequency.

The board postponed voting on service cuts Aug. 26 by an 8-7 vote to give member cities additional time to evaluate the proposed changes’ impacts.
