DALLAS — It’s been 25 years since the first “Lord of the Rings” film, “Fellowship of the Ring,” hit theaters. And next September, North Texas fans can join the original cast to celebrate the milestone at Fan Expo Dallas.
“An Evening with the Hobbits: In Celebration of 25 Years” is a new adventure slated to feature the four original hobbits in the Fellowship, Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan, as they reunite at 11 Fan Expo shows across North America.
The hobbits’ journey will begin in New Orleans on Jan. 10 before stops in other cities, including Portland, Oregon; Orlando, Florida; Denver; Philadelphia; Boston and Chicago; among others. The Orlando show will be March 21…
