One person was killed yesterday in a shooting at an apartment complex on the 8900 block of Vantage Point Drive in Dallas, police said. Officers responded just after 3 p.m., and Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Aerial footage and witnesses showed multiple police units around the building as investigators worked the area. Authorities say the probe into what led to the shooting is ongoing.
