An Irving home baker is using her passion for sourdough to support animals in need. Kathy Moore, known to her customers as Kat, is the owner of Kat’s Crummy Bakery, a small micro bakery that donates proceeds from homemade breads and baked treats to animal rescue efforts.
Moore started the bakery as a way to combine two things she cares deeply about. Baking has long been a passion, and her love for animals inspired her to turn that passion into something that could make a difference in the community…
