Dallas Bars Wrapped: The Spots That Sold the Most Booze in 2025

We love parsing through the data that the Texas Comptroller’s Mixed Beverage Gross Receipts serves up: each month, every restaurant and bar in the state is required to report booze sales. From that, we can see what’s hot and what’s not. And how much money we’re collectively spending on booze, yet closing schools. Noooo … just joking (not really). One has nothing to do with the other. (But doesn’t it?)

For the end of the year, we asked TABS to pull a report looking at the past 12 months of sales: November 2024 through October 2025, the latest month available at the time.

We pull out hotels and music venues, although that gets sticky because some bars have live music, so it’s hard to draw a line. Either way, below is a look at restaurants and bars that pulled in more than $500,000 on average per month (in just alcohol, food isn’t included), then the remaining 30 or so, followed by what’s on trend for next year’s top-selling spots.
