A popular national chain is getting ready to change the way DFW diners think about barbecue. Gen Korean BBQ is bringing interactive dining to a new Euless location later this year.
The innovative concept is bringing its table-top grills, premium meats, and authentic Korean cuisine to 2960 Rio Grande Boulevard. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the restaurant will have a dedicated 4,847 square feet, and that work will wrap by May 1 of this year. While this does not assure an opening timeline, it does suggest Euless diners will be able to stop in for a meal this spring.
