DALLAS (KDAF) — The award-winning brunch spot, First Watch, has launched its new seasonal menu, featuring returning favorites and new flavors available nationwide until May 25, 2026.
The B.E.C sandwich, a twist on a traditional breakfast classic, includes hardwood smoked bacon, folded cage-free eggs, aged cheddar, house-pickled sweet peppers and arugula. It is served on griddled artisan sourdough bread with a side of lemon-dressed organic mixed greens. Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash is another highlight, featuring seared steak, fresh spinach, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, diced red bell peppers and house-roasted onions. Topped with two cage-free eggs and chimichurri sauce, this hearty dish offers a flavorful twist.
