CARROLLTON, Texas – An early morning police pursuit that began in Grand Prairie and traveled through Irving ended in Carrollton with an officer-involved shooting and major traffic disruptions.
According to authorities, officers from Carrollton, Irving, and Grand Prairie were involved in the chase. The pursuit concluded shortly after 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the eastbound lanes of the President George Bush Turnpike near Old Denton Road.
