DALLAS, Texas — A 15-year-old male has been charged with manslaughter following a fatal shooting of a 17-year-old male in Dallas.
The incident occurred on February 18, 2026, around 12:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of Pruitt Avenue, according to the Dallas Police Department.
