Irving Police is investigating a fatality accident that occurred overnight.
Police say a vehicle was traveling eastbound in the right lane of SH 183. A pedestrian was walking in the roadway at the same location, also in the right lane.
The driver of the vehicle did not see the pedestrian in the roadway and was unable to avoid a collision. The vehicle came to an immediate stop following the collision and was subsequently struck from behind by a second vehicle…
