TEXAS — One person is dead after an early morning shooting near downtown Dallas, according to police.
Officers responded to the 1800 block of Park Row just before 2:20 a.m., where they found an individual suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where they later died from their injuries…
