Dallas police are investigating a murder after a woman was struck and killed by a vehicle following a disturbance outside a business early Friday morning.
Police said officers responded shortly after 4:20 a.m. on April 17 to a 911 call for a disturbance and an ambulance request in the 3300 block of East Trinity Mills Road.
