JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Mississippi’s capital city is currently under consideration to become the home of a National R&B Hall of Fame, in a decades-long effort to establish a permanent place dedicated solely to Rhythm & Blues music.
According to officials with the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame Foundation, the organization is actively discussing with Jackson leaders regarding the potential of the City with Soul becoming that home.
