MADISON, Miss. (WLBT) — A local developer is investing several million dollars in a new commercial development near the intersection of Highway 51 and Madison Parkway, with plans for a dance studio and veterinary clinic as the first two tenants.
The project, led by developer Bridgforth Rutledge, will clear space for seven lots on the northern side of the intersection, behind existing Firestone and Take 5 Oil service shops and a car wash.
First two tenants announced
Rutledge said the first two lots are already spoken for.
“Gonna be a dance studio and the next one is going to be a vet clinic,” Rutledge said. “Those are the first two that will start off the development and then the roads and infrastructure will be in.”…
