JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A dump truck struck a bridge on Interstate 20 in Rankin County Monday morning, causing significant damage and closing a lane of the highway.
The truck’s bed was raised as it approached the Rankin Road bridge, causing it to slam into the structure and damage the concrete. The incident occurred just past the East Brandon exit, in the direction of Pelahatchie.
