BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – Pediatricians at TrustCare Kids in Brandon say they have already diagnosed children with COVID, the flu, and strep throat in the first weeks of the new school year.
Health professionals say children living with grandparents or older adults face a higher risk for severe illness.
TrustCare Kids is urging families to stay up to date with vaccinations as soon as they become available.
