JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A parent said a Jackson Public Schools bus serving Walton Elementary School has not had working air conditioning since the start of the school year.
Nesha Thomas has five children who ride the bus. She said the windows do not open wide enough to let in air, which she said makes the problem worse.
Thomas said she contacted JPS transportation every day for a week and did not receive an update.
