JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Four people have been arrested in connection with an alleged scheme to obtain fraudulent unemployment benefits using the stolen identities of inmates in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, according to the Mississippi State Auditor’s Office.
Special agents arrested Felisa Suggs, Nathanial Coleman, P’Trance Fields and Kavisia Blaylock as part of the investigation.
