JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A Hinds County man is asking for answers after coming home to find his 7-month-old dog shot and killed in a trash bag in front of his house.
Dustin Lucas said he found his dog shot dead over Labor Day weekend.
“I said oh my god, my dog is dead, shot in the stomach there was no one to tell me what happened no notes or nothing I didn’t know what to do my dog was dead,” Lucas said.
