JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – For months residents of one Jackson neighborhood lived victimized by a man breaking into their cars. Belhaven neighbors worked together to track the man with a distinct limp, and learned he actually lived among them before he was finally off the streets.
“He had been breaking into cars over here if not for as long as several months at least,” said resident Joseph Wigman.
Surveillance video captured a man, identified as 62 year old Willie James Bulling, on one of the nights he was going house to house. Wigman said he was a victim and began reaching out to neighbors on social media. Residents began looking out for and recording the man with the distinct limp…
