JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson city leaders want more details before signing off on an agreement that could bring a nearly billion-dollar resort development – and millions of dollars in new revenue – to the capital city.
On Tuesday, the Jackson City Council tabled a request from Mayor John Horhn to declare roughly 93 acres along the Pearl River as surplus property and execute an option to sell that land with LeFleur Development LLC.
