JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Today: The fall-like weather continues for another day! Lows this morning will be in the upper 40s and low 50s so don’t forget the jacket before you head out the door! We will warm up slightly this afternoon but remain seasonal topping out in the upper 70s. Humidity remains low, allowing temperatures to cool down quickly back to the 50s overnight.
This week: We will say goodbye to the autumn weather as we warm up to the 80s for most of the week. Rain remains out of the forecast as this dry spell persists and worsens drought conditions. With the drier weather, limited wildfire danger will continue to be an issue all throughout this week…
